Carrey will be awarded a Big Honor at MTV Movie Awards

Jim Carrey and Spike Lee will be honored at MTV Movies Awards 2006 which airs June 8th on MTV at 9PM ET/PT. The two time Golden Globe-winning actor is being honored with the MTV Generation Award for his outstanding work in keeping the MTV audience entertained with years of memorable movie performances. Jessica Alba will be hosting the Award Show.

Jim Carrey has won 6 golden popcorn awards since 1994 and is probably the most MTV Movie Awards winning actor of all time!

So keep your fingers crossed and DVD recorders ready folks! There is a possibility that Jim Carrey might attend the show though nothing is comfirmed, but its worth taking a chance!!

i dunno.....MTV Movie Awards is usually not a formal wear type of award show.....i could come in a robe with slippers and it would be cool.

And i think Jim is tied with either Adam Snadler or Will Smith for most awards.

Hee-hee lol. I cant wait to see this i hope he aint too busy and does show up to accept the award. Yeh it is more casual but he might go casual smart like with a suit jacket and a t-shirt underneath he looks very sexy like that
