ALSO, How do I change my time zone? I don't know what GTM or whatever means, How do I set it to Eastern Standard time?

I don't know how to make the pics in the sigs. Jims Lost Daughter made mine.

All I know is that they have to be 50kb or less and you copy and paste the link to it in your signature box located in your profile.
