it depends on the set, if the set is quiet and calm you can sometimes get on, if the set has tight security, most likely you won't, I never really go on sets much unless I'm booked on them, I've only done it once I think, and that was on Bruce Almighty, but I knew a few of the crew members on set and they told me to come back, so I did, the only problem was trying to get past security and get past the woman who had the list of everyone that was supposed to be there (not including me) she was upset with me for getting on the lot, but I don't care. So yea, usually you have to have someone book you on the set, cuz productions usually don't accept people who just walk on

how did you pick out to be an extra, and what is an extra doing?, are you in some sort of auditions to be in a movie, ore how do you been pick out to be in a movie?, if you understand me, not so very good in English

cool Norway! My ancestors are from there... anyway, an extra is just a person in the background, it's not as big of a deal as actually having a speaking role. It's very easy work to get into, but I'm not sure how common it is in Norway, when you're old enough you should come to America and see the opportunities you have out here

I know from experience that it's hard to get work as an extra unless you know somebody. JT that is gracious of you to offer her help.

it's easy in California.. but you have to join a casting company.. btw, I also thought why is my icon on there twice? I don't remember saying that lol anyway, yea, they're filming a new Tom Shadyac film on Tuesday I SOOOOOOO want to be in that!! They need people to play college students, I'm gonna try and get on.

I love Tom Shadyac...........he seems like a really decent, nice bloke.......who knows his art inside out, but likes to have a lot of fun with it to........he sounds great!!!
