Jim Carrey on performing with penguins and confounding critics

Hollywood star Jim Carrey has teamed up with a family of penguins for his latest slapstick comedy.

Carrey stars in Mr Popper's Penguins as a hapless property developer who reluctantly finds himself playing dad to an unusual brood of offspring.

The film mixes live action with computer generated images and poses some challenges for the actor.

Peter Bowes met Jim Carrey in Los Angeles to hear about working with penguins and a career confounding the critics.

The critics should be impartial but the truth is we're human so...
I don't like reading reviews cause it seems more ofensive that construtive.

But I love this interview.
