that's a ridiculous thing to say because I've seen the movie too, and it's not the fast food restaurant's fault for making that guy huge and heart- attack-vulnerable. that guy snacked on the food as well, besides having it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. if he wouldn't have had it to eat during snacks, then he'd be in better shape. also, if he exercised he would have avoided his condition. sure, he may be a little bigger but he could have at least exercised. his movie/documentary blew himself out of the water instead of fast food restaurants. no point in that movie at all!samurai_cable wrote:Last movie I watched was Super-size Me... well, I'm never visiting Mcdonald's or any other fast food shop anymore.

He had to make the experiment a bit plausible, that's all. he did say that he can't walk that much,he had to count his steps. And other stuff. No point at all? I don't think so. The kids didn't know who George Washington was!!! This movie made Mcdonald's cancel their super-size option. It is way too much! The fact that some people do visit Mcdonald's frequently. And I choose not to eat at those places anymore, because it's my choice. It's not ridiculous to me. KFC, Red Rooster, Burger King..... and a lot of other places, the food they offer isn't healthy, so I just don't eat at those places. I reckon the movie sent an important message, especially in the united states, because they're the "fattest" country. It made them more aware of what they're eating. That's just my opinion.

Well if you watched the dvd and saw his expiriment with the French Fries, you would never eat the french fries from there again. I haven't eaten there period since, and I will never eat their french fries again. If you saw this, you know what I'm talking about.carreypunkrawker wrote:that's a ridiculous thing to say because I've seen the movie too, and it's not the fast food restaurant's fault for making that guy huge and heart- attack-vulnerable. that guy snacked on the food as well, besides having it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. if he wouldn't have had it to eat during snacks, then he'd be in better shape. also, if he exercised he would have avoided his condition. sure, he may be a little bigger but he could have at least exercised. his movie/documentary blew himself out of the water instead of fast food restaurants. no point in that movie at all!samurai_cable wrote:Last movie I watched was Super-size Me... well, I'm never visiting Mcdonald's or any other fast food shop anymore.
