Could you guys look over this petition I started, and if you think it's a good idea, could you sign it?....

This movie would be good, ONLY if Jim Carrey was in it and Jeff Daniels would be in it. It would take place after the first movie ended when they're walking down that road.....

this is the first petition I have started on this site because i didn't know about this site for a while....if you get enough signatures...do they really consider doing the movie, or exactly what happens, do I have to send something in? Or are they just petitions for fun?

why make a Dumb and Dumber 3 when there's no Dumb and Dumber 2? and no, I'm not going to sign your petition. the government can't force people to make movies. I can't believe some of you people are making peitions for the government to try and force people to make these Jim sequels or movies or whatever. They're not going to work. so quit it.

I'm not trying to force people to do this movie....I thought these petitions were just for fun....this is the first one i've started...so sorry, i didn't know, and Dumb and Dumberer is the 2nd one (kinda) it's just a prequel...I just started this petition because I think it would be a good idea if they would go back and pick up after the first one....but these petitions aren't for real...are they, I mean, it's not like they're going to make the movie even if I do get enough signatures....would they?

and I DO respect Jim's wishes, if he didn't want to do it, ok, I respect his decisions, all I was saying is that if Jim wouldn't do it and if Jeff wouldn't do it, then they shouldn't even consider making it because the movie would flop without Jim and Jeff...

like I said...it would ONLY be good if Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels would be in it, I'm not trying to force them to do anything...

I would like another dumb and dumber, but as you said Jim probably wouldn't. I get your idea ...I just think there wont be another one in our lifetime

sorry for jumping on your back, but petitions, to me, are never fun. they're political documents, and to me, there's nothing fun about politics.

I think it would be a good idea if they picked up where they left off from the first one...

And I do know that it is unlikely that it will happen with or without Jim or Jeff.

What I love about Mr. Carrey is you can pretty much invision him in any movie, and still hope for a sequel. You just don't get enough of him the first time. I keep hoping for a Jim Carrey Action figure for Christmas and I'm thirty something... go figure! I can sit back a daydream about all sorts of movies I would love to see him in because he's so versitile. I guess that's why so many people keep begging for sequels, and the bozo's in the industry create cheap imitations without Mr. Carrey leaving the fans puzzled an insulted as we are not that stupid!
