Unusual question

As you can see I'm from Russia. There we have another measure state. Reading information about autographs, I found smth misunderstandble. The size of the envelop - 8x10, what is it measured in? I know it's stupid question, but in my country we have metric sistem (meters, centimeters etc). As I've understood this size is not in centimeters, and I can't imagine what size it is. Is it big or it has a size of usual photo card? thanks anyway.

It'll be in inches.

2.5 centimetres to every inch.

it is very big envelop! Like paper for printing, A4 format.

I think that 8x10 is actually A4 sized paper.

Autographs are usually that size.

Jim's autograph? You can get it, just send a letter, but everybody gets the same picture.

You know what sucks, that they don't read it...the people that work there read it and send back the samething they send everyone else-LOL!!

youve gotta wait that long for lots of autographs. if you wanna have fun start autograph collecting. i started sending letters in the mail in april and i have about 50 autographs.

I've got it! Thx! By the way, his photo was NOT in that envelop, which I send. On my envelop it was written "postge paid by recipient", cause I don't have american stamps, and this one has 4 stamps! It's greate!
