Thanks quirky and jimliker! How do you like the shag carpet, the orange decor and my little brothers foot in the corner as he tries to escape being featured in this classy photo? I was sort of obsessed with batman, so my mom says, and if I wasn't wearing my batman glasses, I had a batman cape sort of thing my mom made me for halloween...she had me try it on before she put the "ears" on it, and I wouldn't take it off! The ears were never put on, but I thought it was the coolest thing.

Oh geez, I did the Wonder Woman thing too, in 4th grade. My mom finally bought me a really nice costume, but a week before Halloween, I stayed the night at my friends and we decided to play "beauty shop". At the time I had beautiful long locks of blonde hair...but I was a bit of a tomboy, so I told my friend, "You know, if you want to, you can really cut my hair. My mom was gonna do it anyway. I hate it." She chopped it all off. Our babysitter (who only had one leg...poor thing...long story) was devistated...and so were our moms. My grandmother LOVED it...she always wanted me to look like Mary Lou Retton...ugh!!!!!!! I ended up going to a Halloween party with the friend that chopped my hair off, in the Wonder Woman outfit. Every five minutes it was, "Eww, look. It's a boy Wonder Woman!". Got self esteem? Don't have any photos of that...thank God.

You're still traumatized aren't you?
In high school I played Anne in "Anne of Green Gables." I had four costume changes and two wig changes. I had to dye my own hair red.
Well, there's this one scene where Anne has tried to dye her hair and it has come out green. She's lying in bed under the covers hiding from her stepmom Marilla. It was either the student performance or opening night, I forget which, but Marilla yanked the covers off and the wig came right off with it. So I kind of yelped and pulled the covers back over me and attempted to fix the wig on my head again.
It was noticeable.
