Who is more evil Count Olaf from the books or Count Olaf form the movie?

I think the Olaf from the book is more evil.

I think that Count Olaf in the book is more evil that movie Count Olaf too. The movie Count Olaf is evil and a bitt funny, but the book Count Olaf is just EVIL!
