Anna I love your chin scratching 'smilie; Some of the conversations are sooo cool. Off beat, and entertaining. Great concept. Checking daily, weeky, touch base by adding a thought or two. Everyone of us has a great sense of humor - we have too! We are attracted to Jim Carrey and unique style of humor/performance. Moths to a lightbulb (not the best analogy, but it'll do in a pinch)
i remember when i first came on here.....the first discussion i got onto was about the Cable Guy.........i figured when i first logged on that i was a small fish in a big pond.......but it turned out that everyone related to one another......and believe that Conor was the first one to reply to my post....which was amazing for me b/c i have given up on these kind of things.....when i try to chat with someone, i end up getting completly ignored and soon started making friends here that share in the same kind of humor that i do......before JCO i hadn't no life (except for chatting w/ out od state friends) and just chatting here i feel that i have created an extended family that i can share anything with........
I LOVE U GUYS!!!!!!
I am part of an elite group of people......THE MEN OF JCO.

I was a late Jim Carrey bloomer. I must have missed something. I think I new the name. His face was always familiar, but I had never watched Living Color. I was going to night school, and working; My husband was a Star Trek fan (Same time slot at Living Color) It wasn't til Bruce Almighty when it hit me light a bolt of Lightening! Who is this guy? Let me revisit this guy. I was so into artsy movies, classics and reading I never gave him much thought (I was living under a rock) One weekend I had Jim Carrey Marathon and was hooked, 'What a fascinating actor' I had known him from somewhere.... Mask? Riddler? Majestic? Simon Birch? Ace was a little spooky for me, unfortunately I happen to be a little over the top and I realized eek! My in your face humor (Which I call the 'afterburn') was looking a bit too familiar when it showed up on the big screen. 'I like this guy!" He has the kind of humor I adore. Like blunt force trauma, you keep repeating the phrases over and over again; and still keep laughing.
