Whatever he is. Smeagol, poor poor Smeagol. He wasn't that monster. He was good since that stupid ring appeared. He was like the hobbits once but I don't know what happened. Something or someone made him change, made him kill his own brother. Perhaps it was the ring or the thing inside it. He began to become in that creature Gollum when he took the ring on his hands.
