oh yes Quirky they very hard working women. Everyday they pick tea leaves. They start from 6 AM in the morning till 6 PM in the evening. Some even carry their baby in 1 hand & pick leaves from another.

Yeah there r many tea gardens in the state where i live.i luv to see tea gardens they r very beautiful.
