From Burton's side came the news that he's doing his live-action/motion capture mix revision of 'Alice in Wonderland' for Disney and next the full versio of his own short-film Frankiweeni.
So I guess 'Ripley' is out of the picture.
Carrey, get out of this project now, dude, it's doomed. Even if someone has the same fantasy as Burton, people will blame the movie for not being made by him.
