Hmm. My birthday is the 23rd. 1967 is 9+1 is 10 and 6+7 is 13...23.
I was born 9:41 9 and 41 reversed is 14. 9+14...23.

I hate math and don't really want to force it, so that's how far I am willing to go P: (Tough I got to admit I tried my first and last name too and it didn't work.. I wish I had a middle name
