I tried fitness drumming this weekend
and it was sooooo fun.
I can see kids and adults would love it.

We use the BIG balls that you exercise with
and use drum sticks
It's usually a class for kids but adults can do it,
but you don't go as fast as the original,
you use the music for back ground
and keeping pace.
