It's visiting us here in Missourri! It's a wonderful day today and I'm feelin' good. . .I think I'm gonna start running, are there any runners here who would like to give a newbie some hints and tips about running??? :roll:

wear something comfortable, bring water and something to listen to.....ohhh and shoes u normally don't wear.

have fun Jimenem.

Feelin' fine today. just another normal day.....wake up, eat, go to work, come home, babysit sister, eat some more and then go to bed. ahhhh life is good. 8) :D

Um...don't run in the middle of the road. Always wear something day-glo (preferably the whole ensemble). Don't run in lightningy weather. If you ache afterwards, just remember...you're probably doing irreversible damage to your knees. Eat more pasta. Be nice to everyone's hamster.
Don't distance run in sandals.

I am extremdly nervous. England are in the quarter finals of the world cup and it has just gone to penalties. :?

England lost. I think if David Beckham didnt injure himself, and if Wayne Rooney didnt get sent off it would have been a different story.

lol.....Scotland is celebrating tonight...........lol........(only joking folks...........lol :wink: ) :lol: :lol:

and Anna i love hedgehogs.............i used to have a pet one called Harry.....we rescued him when he was a baby and had him for a good 6 months........they are really comical and cute.........their tummies are really soft and fluffy........ :wink:
but OMG the buggers can bite!! :lol:
