Lake runoff flume. My cousin told me that his father said sometimes they'd take an innertube and ride down it. Fun with the potential for pain...but I'd be the first one down.

Seeing the pic of the mountains makes me remember my old college days, that's one thing I miss about out west are the mountains and the smell.
