Jim's nephew

Post by asiebarth »

A flat bed on a landscaping truck sheared off and hit Jim's nephews car. As a result, his nephew Marty died from massive head trauma. Some of the earlier posts describe the accident as well.

I think his mom had kidney failure. She died before Jim even got famous. His dad at least got to see two of his movies. They would both be proud of him I'm sure.

I think our parents, even if they are gone, are able to see our lives.

Which makes me think...oh boy...I have made some visible mistakes.

I almost felt like my dad was present when I was on Jeopardy...sort of cheering me on and giving me courage. We used to play the game together and he took me to my first tryout, which I didn't pass.

Yeah, I believe they can see what we're doing, like from a little peep hole from above. They might be shaking their heads, saying,

"What's she doing now?"

hmm, the fact that both my parents are still alive... but my grandfather passed away when I was a baby. I've always wanted to meet him though. He seemed like a really great guy. Maybe one day :)

I think after 'death' one goes to a nice place (heaven)
But the one's who are left behind are miserable from missing them so much. I take comfort in knowing that we all meet someday. Till then....smile through the tears....and be strong....in the knowledge of that love.
