Last night I was kind of out of sorts, so I decided to make popcorn the old fashioned way. Since the advent of microwaves, I really hadn't had the real stuff, but in my childhood, Dad made it frequently.
I remember him at the stove, shaking the pan with the oil and kernels in it as a little me kind of pogoed around him saying, "Is it done?" "Is it done yet?" "I hear popping!" "How long will it take?" "I have my bowl!" "Is it done yet?"
Eating popcorn and watching TV were some good times.
Except, I can't gauge amounts properly. I have enough popcorn for break fast lunch and dinner today if I feel like just eating popcorn.
Anyone want some popcorn?

Oh my....I completely forgot that today the pest control guy was supposed to come in. I'm braless in a t-shirt and shorts. "Knock knock". So I let him in and ran into my room to look for a bra, but he was just here a minute and I heard him say, "Thank you." I yelled "You're welcome" out the bedroom door.
I wonder what he thinks of me.

My day was funny!
I spend more time with children. I was "snowman".

3-4 y. o. children are very strong if they 20.
I was soaked after our game! And we were happy!

D for Donkey. That's what I always end up saying for D when spelling out a word for someone. It always gets a chuckle. I'm trying to memorise D for David, D for David, D for David...

I noticed that in the phone book there is a business called "Acme Tree Service." If I'm not mistaken that is the company that Wile E Coyote ordered all the stuff from when he was trying to get Road Runner? And every product was defective?
I remember cartoons. That's why I'd never open a business and call it "Acme" anything.
