TOO ME, ITS LIKE QUOTING SOCRATES OR WILL SMITH

Post by Canadian Jayne »

It was just a thought, hope no one is offended, to me it's like
quoting any other author, there is alot of wisdom out there whether from
the bible or any other book. Good thing there is no charge for wisdom and learning from other peoples mistakes.

Those Jim and Rodney pics are really great! Jim does positively beam in Rodney's presence.

Recently I was at a funeral for my cousin who I was close to. He died tragically in a transport truck crash. He was only 33. It was very sad. :( But even at that funeral there were moments people smiled when they heard a funny story being told about him. So this proves that even at very sad occasions like this one people could smile and even chuckle a bit.

I think that both Rodney and my cousin would have wanted people to smile. :)

He may be smiling in those pics but I think those sunglasses may be hiding something else. It kind of reminds me of the story Wayne Flemming tells about Jim's fathers funeral. I can't remember the exact words but Wayne said that he told Jim it is ok to cry and because it was raining out nobody will know or something like that.

I don't think it is unmanly to cry but I think most men think it is. Probably because years ago that is what people believed.

One thing that makes soo mad tho is the stupid Paparazzi. I think that it is so mean to take pics of the funeral. What a bunch of idiots!

I didn't say that it wasn't okay for men to cry. I said that I wouldn't want to be seen crying in front of the media/press. I said this because that's a dangerous thing to do. They could take a picture of one crying and make up a story about it. Plus if they did that with the picture of Jim crying, we wouldn't know what to believe.

Yes, it's totally fine for a guy to cry. Everyone cries and it's ok. Crying relieves the stress and the piling up of everything. It makes one feel better after crying.

It looks like the "Batman Forever" Premier where he showed up in his bathrobe.
