Is Putin wealthier than Elon Musk?

In a recent interview Elon said Putin was wealthier
I thought in a Communist country there
Was a share in the wealth
As he sends rockets and bombs
Itsn’t he spending the whole country’s money?
I thot in communism no one man is richest
All benefit from resources
Is Putin just another Czar with a different title?
I wonder!
So wish we all had electric cars
Thus wouldn’t have to worry about
The price of gas
If we knew in the 1920’s that
Keeping electric cars would have been
A life saver today. What wud our world have
Looked like without the pollution?
