<!--EZCODE EMOTICON START :eek --><img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/eek.gif ALT=":eek"><!--EZCODE EMOTICON END--> <br><br>Last tuesdayevening I got the news that there was going to be this Pilot for a new Standup Comedy Tv Show by Ivo Niehe Productions on Wednesday and one of the comedians had cancelled and they wanted me to replace him. <!--EZCODE EMOTICON START :eek --><img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/eek.gif ALT=":eek"><!--EZCODE EMOTICON END--> <br><br>Very bizar experience. The pilot was being recorded right after Ivo Niehe's interview show (they should interview Jim on that one!!!) they used their audience for us. And that days guest was Julio Iglesias. (I didn't get to see him though because I was in makeup, getting a kazillion layers of makeup and my hair up, I'm so not used to that, I felt like a peacock. Plus it made me giggle immaturely at moments I was supposed to hold reaaal still. I'm horrible. Make-up is a silly thing.)<br><br>So, Julio being there, the audience was, quite mature, to put it gently. About to re-enter the Diaper saga, I'd say. They weren't quite expecting standup comedy afterwards. I had to go up second, do my thing. <br><br>It was scary, thrilling and bizar. The audience was 6 feet away. Right when I entered the stage two of the very few youngsters in the audience started cracking up hysterically. Me feeling like I looked like a peacock got pretty uncomfy with that. Felt like they were laughing AT me. Did my jokes, the audience was pretty silent with all the comics but I got a few laughs out of them. And some of them I heared repeating parts of my stuff to their halfdeaf neighbour. It was over in a rush.<br><br>Afterwards I just felt pretty shy. Ivo Niehe shook my hand and told me he'd make a tape for us. <br><br>yea. Woohoo! Standup on the telly!
