I do...I never met a famous guy before.

Like I want to meet a famous guy, that is a actor, and that is funny person on movies, it would've been Jim Carrey. Would you like to meet him live and in person

true..................of course you are right..............
the real question is whether we would manage to behave or end up devouring him like a pack of rabid dogs........
(in Homer Simpson trance......'Mmmm......devouring Jim Carrey from the nape of his neck/collarbone to his big toe.....

....mmmm').................
i best get me a rabies shot then.....................lol
fluffy

I think a JCO reunion beach party would be great

Anyone with over 50 posts, end up on a beach somewhere with
Jim, wouldn't that be great.
The question is how far would you travel to meet Jim????

It would depend on whether or not he wanted to meet me.............
Of course, if he expressed a desire to meet this somewhat cheeky Scot with razor sharp wit, gentle heart and genuine personality

then as long as it was an arranged meeting then i would be prepared to travel a considerable distance...........
If however you are talking about hanging around the Malibu beach on the offchance.........or stalking Brentwood looking for his home....then No.....i wouldn't be prepared to do that.............It smacks too much of desperation and stalking......lol.........not particulary attractive traits i'd imagine.....
and If he came to Britain i might try for a pemiere ticket....but i wouldn't just hang around his hotel.........
But lets face it normal folk don't get the chance to meet 'Hollywood Royalty'.........regardless of our talents etc it just doesn't happen.....
They are in their own worlds..........
reality is lost and we are just the honeybees contributing to his big pot of honey........
He just better watch out for Pooh!!!!..........

All I know is that I'm not holding my breath!
I wouldn't travel to meet him-if he really wants to meet me, then he could come to me but like I said- I'm not holding my breath!

i, as everyone else who posts here, would love to meet him and i would fly to LA or anyplace else US stateside at the drop of a hat if i was given the opportunity.
but fluffy is correct. we "normal" folk rarely get the chance to step into "hollywood reality". but we can dream ...
a lot

Dreaming is the reason I was born. My parents were dreaming about getting it on and I was a result!
LOL!!

I would love to meet him too... by chance would be nicer... in a rock concert, or in a museum exhibition, or on the beach... but paraphrasing fluffy, it's very hard for that to happen with "mortal" folks. Moreover, we do not know whether he is interested in meeting, or dating, "civilians", as Matt Damon once said and done!

I would like to meet him. He should bring fishing poles and his real self. We could chat.
And maybe catch something for dinner.

I think I would like to meet him. Not for a date or anything, but just as friends. You can never have to many friends in your life. I don't think I would travel just to meet him by happenstance either. I mean, who really wants to be a staulker anyway.
That song from Disney's Cinderella movie is in my head now.
