Word you use too often??

I have a friend who can't stop saying 'like' and i was recently told that i say the word 'totally' too much. Do you have one??
Eh!, You know what I mean, eh??

I use 'like' alot and 'you know' and 'um' (bad one) and 'dude' and 'man' lol
