Guess what? My landlord called last week and gave me a 30 day notice! AHHHHH!!
He is not doing well financially and has got to let it go. Now get this....1183sq ft house, 40 year old (cute, cottage like) house with 40 year old plumbing and such problems (needs new roof, garage slab etc, etc), and he said I could buy it "as is" for $425,000.000!!!! That, my dears, is California real estate........At that price my mortgage would be around $3,000.00 a month! I don't know about you but that kind of money I ain't got!!!

Oh no, you must have live there many years.....finding a new place isn't fun! hope you find another neat neighborhood Janel....
