thanks, nicky.....I want it - BAD...!!

I was actually looking at a Nissan 300ZX (1989) for $4,200 near my old house. It did catch my eye because it looked like THAT car, and now I'll have to call the seller and tell him he has competition he just can't beat....! I'm sure somebody will outbid me though. Oh well.

PS My cars will be out there soon too....two hunks of money-pit metal, but they're full of character, and I'll be sure to let you know when they're posted. Is that a violation of rules here of any kind, by the by...? 8)

Our heartfelt congratulations to JCO member Shamaho, who we are pleased to say, won the eBay auction today for Jims "Bruce Almighty" car for an undisclosed sum.

The 1976 custom built Datsun was used in "Bruce Almighty" and can be seen driven throughout the movie by Jim. It has been on display at the Volo Auto Museum as part of their Hollywood Star Car Collection and is in good working order.

Shamaho will also get a certificate of authenticity and misc. movie posters.

Any chance of a lift Shamaho?

don't fret....i'll be brushing up on my forensics during the flight to Chicago....! The car is only about 40 miles from where my sister lives - I told her to tell her girls that Aunt Sharon's coming to visit, and they can have a ride...yee ha! 8)

the yugo AND the Cher get-up...?!!? How much money do you think I have anyway....?!

Not that it wouldn't be worth it.....but, I'd have to start a JC museum or something....gee, not a bad idea....and not too much of a stretch from my current reality. Darn it, there I go typing out loud again...!

But seriously, I saw a Yugo in a lot near my house (where they do title loans) that was the same color, with a different color panel...it was freaky. 8)
