Jim Carrey Brenwood House Almost Sold

In a previous article we mention that Jim had put is Brentwood mansion – the house he lived in for about 30 years – for sale.
Initialy, the price was around the 28 million dollars mark but of course, with real state, more often that not, the pricing goes down.
Last year, there was an offer but the deal fell through. But right now, another one is on the table and it seems it may happen.
The pricing went down to 18,75 million dollars, a severe cut down in pricing but probably necessary.
We also know now, that Jim’s house was not affected by the Los Angeles fires that unfortunately, burned a lot of house. Luckily, Jim’s was in a zone where people had to be evacuated for security reasons.
Fires may be a reason why it has been difficult to sell it.
Anyway, we’re glad the house survived and he hope Jim can close the sale soon.
