It's from a show called Starstruck that surprises fan with the opportunity to met and interview in the red carpet their favorite actors...
To this lucky girl... her dream was to met Jim Carrey.
Since she was from Canada she got to met Jim's sister to asks for some tips to get his attention at the red carpet...

And it worked!
