Maybe I’ll boycott municipal election

This month are elections
For municipalities in Ontario
But
There is very little info for
Those not computer literate
Or phone savvy
No ballots, what security is there?
Places to vote are random
And if u ask where the voting poll is
Not many know
I understand
Saving money
But it seems linked it’s at the
Expense of the little guy
Those in hospital will they be able to vote?

If u vote with your phone
Or computer
How secure is it
Have u just open yourself to
Be virally infected?
Do u have to download an app?
Which I hate doing
Today
It just seems nothing is secure
Very frustrating
I don’t watch tv
Too expensive to get cable plan
Hard enuf to have a phone
Even radio reception if iffy
With technology somethings getting harder
Others easier. Is it worth it?

I guess I was suppose to vote
Location advice was scarce
Turned out there were only a few polling
Places for a town of approx 40,000
Last and only place was at the library
I wasn’t sure on where to go so
I went to the library to ask
Lo and behold
I voted there
Simple kiosks
I didn’t have to download an app
Thankfully
Process was quick
If more people had come
It would have been ver conjested

Why some people think
Everyone can afford a phone
Or computer is beyond
My understanding
Families can just barely feed themselves
Pay for gas, vehicle or transportation
Expenses Rent and utilities
Let alone personal communication
Devices
People are downsizing cause
Costs are rising and
They have to cut
Some things out
I wish radio
Was as it was
