Please help...

Does anyone have any pics of Jim when he was a kid or teen?
I've seen so many good pics on Jim's biography
(E! Revealed with Jules Asner) and I'm trying
to find some of the pics they have shown. There is also a pic
of Jim shown in a frame in the very beginning scene of
"Doing Time on Maple Drive" and I can't find it anywhere.
I hope someone can help me with either of these pic requests.

There is a topic on here called "Jim's Teeth" and there are two pictures of him. One he is only 19 or so, and the other is when he is really young, like about 10. Hope this helps!

I know which pic you are talking about in the frame but I don't think it was ever published in a magazine or book.
