Urgent Help Request on Burma Issue

Thanks for given your time on spreading word about Burma.
There are many blood sheed right now last week and still happening.
We did sent out an appeal to the UN as you suggested. But in my opinion we should ask UN or NATO to send out the Peace Keeping Troop rather than sending the UN Rep. Without the outside forces, Burma will not get Freedom nor Human Rights. Can you please help us this info again. Greatly appreciated. Thanks.
