Actor-comedian Jim Carrey list Malibu Colony home at $13.95

Actor-comedian Jim Carrey has listed his place in gated Malibu Colony at $13.95 million.

The contemporary beach house features an open plan living room, family room, dining room and kitchen that lead to an ocean-facing deck. There are five bedrooms, 51/2 bathrooms and 2,866 square feet of living space. A spa sits on the rooftop deck.

Public records show he bought the property in 2002 for $9.75 million.

From the pics, the only thing that house is missing is a beautiful garden ......you can swim in the sea but a peaceful green garden filled with birdsong would have made it perfect......
