I already went to the Dr......... Now I have take two more diff meds........ Still not doing great, I mean I'm a little better... Not much though.

can you also try eating some dark chocoalte its really good for seritonin levels, boosts you up, happy feeling releasing that happy feeling high in your brain..and stay away from neggative news, and movies I feel bad, what your going through...
are you alone, or do you have a partner with you, maybe too many questions..but, i tried this the other day, meditation guided on a you tube channel, it helped me feel good..i hope you find new ways to feel good and happy, anyone here please make good suggestions to upbuild number 23, we care!
