And the Winner Is...

The people have spoken at the MTV TRL Awards!
Jim Carrey was initially nominated for the "Wet My Pants" award for funniest guest appearance on MTV's TRL (Total Request Live) television program. The public was asked to vote for their favorite guest appearance in each given category, and could vote as many times as they wished.
Today the results came to fruition on MTV with the Awards ceremony. Jim Carrey garnered the "Wet My Pants" award. Jim gave a taped acceptance speech, since he couldn't be there in person to accept the award since he is in the middle of shooting "Eternal Sunshine..." He even promoted "Bruce Almighty" a tad.
In case you missed the TRL Awards airing, MTV will re-air the program on Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 7:00 a.m. and Saturday, Feb. 22 at 8:00 a.m.
