oh sweety looks like ma advice on the person above me didnt work ok how about that go to ur kitchen make a biiiiiig glass of hot choco & enter ur balacony & watch the stars as its just perfect & will make u have inner peace & if it didnt work go talk to somebody u really trust & no that he/she can help if not then try to think wut exactly caused ya this but dun be so hard on urself & dun blame urself tooo much :)
