Bizzarely Jim's one of the foci of a programme looking at 'Rise of the Geeks''..now this puzzles me. .....he's not a geek......so why change??....it's lousy that he's pressured to change....Hollywood can be so superficial............besides, he's matured......of course he looks different............lol.......either way we're happy i guess........lol

You know, the only show I saw him on here in Australia is Oprah. Nothing else. I'm gonna move to America.

Hmmm.....I'm confused. Are you saying the show is about how 'geeks' have gained prominence and then changed? Or are you saying he never was a geek?
What is this programme saying?
Are they being horrible to the geeks of this world?
Even the cool geeks?
What's going on?
Why are we here?
What is the meaning of life anyway* ...........

But seriously, it's an 'E!' documentary. I'll live with whatever they say.

He admits he's a Eugene sometimes.
I think that's sexy.

So he embraces the geek thing...in a self-accepting, 'I-may-not-always-have-been-totally-cool' kinda way????
I think that's cool too.

Perhaps they are saying he portrayed characters that were geeks, hence he was universally linked to geekhood in his early film career. I don't know.
Geek is a strange word. I think geek can equal cool in many ways. It's not necessarily an insult.
But I'm sure E! may portary it that way.
